Critical Technology Services is looking for an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative to join their team for a full-time position in Norcross, GA or Remote. The Sales Development Rep will help assist the Senior Sales Teams in client acquisition. This person will utilize a variety of sales and marketing tools to begin the sales cycle. You will work closely with Account Executives to target appropriate prospects and set up meetings.

You will be successful in this role if you have the following:

  1. This is an entry-level position and experience in the IT field is a plus, but not required.
  2. A basic understanding and desire to learn about IT is required to be successful.
  3. The ideal candidate is an outgoing person with a self-starter attitude, ambitious, and has the ability to ask probing questions to uncover business needs that fit the Critical Technology Services value proposition.
  4. Applicants must possess high levels of autonomy, self-motivation and “get the job done” mentality.

Sales Development Representative Salary: $30,000 base plus ability to earn monthly performance-based bonuses (approximately $70,000 on-target-earnings).

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute outreach strategies using existing and emerging lead generation methods.
  • Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for new markets and growth.
  • Plan and attend relevant trade shows, expo’s, etc.
  • Monitor and attend meetings with prospects, facilitating introductions and hand off to Senior Sales team.
  • Perform prospecting activities including research.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from marketing efforts.
  • Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
  • Present product information to customers once you have identified their needs.
  • Move solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.

 Sales Development Representative Qualifications:

  • Possess high levels of autonomy, self-motivation and “get the job done” mentality.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
  • Prior IT Sales experience is desired.

You will work closely with Senior Management and Senior Sales Teams. This position does not require cold outreach.

Key Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Plan and attend relevant trade shows, expo’s, etc.
  • Attend meetings with clients, ensure timely delivery of orders, ensure
  • Perform prospecting activities including research.
  • Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
  • Present product information to customers once you have identified their needs.
  • Move projects and opportunities through the sales funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.

Key Account Manager Qualifications:

Critical Technology Services is seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized IT Technician to join the growing team for a full-time position in Norcross, GA. The IT Project Lead will play a key role in providing support for all areas of our growing Managed Services business. You will update systems, troubleshoot problems, and provide hands-on support for IT issues within our organization, as well as oversee one-time and ongoing IT projects and customer orders.

You will be successful in this role if you have the following:

  1. In-depth knowledge of computer software and hardware and hands-on experience with a different variety of internet applications, networks, and operating systems.
  2. Experience installing and maintaining computer systems to achieve the highest functionality and optimize the role of technology.
  3. Good interpersonal skills while interacting with colleagues from various departments and executive levels.
  4. We need a team player that is well-versed in O365, Smartsheet, G-Suite and others.
  5. Must be self-motivated, organized, and have a “get the job done” mentality.

IT Technician Salary: $50k – $70k annually

IT Technician Salary Responsibilities:

  • Configure, install, and set up new computers.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Prepare and package orders and accessories for shipment.
  • Assist in testing for automated workflows and integrations with other systems.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment and shipping of orders.
  • Restock, reorder, and record inventory.
  • Identify gaps and process improvement.
  • Order equipment for IT projects.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Input project data into the system.

IT Technician Salary Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years’ experience as an IT Technician or relevant position.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferred (additional experience may be acceptable in lieu of degree).
  • Possess high levels of autonomy, self-motivation and “get the job done” mentality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in desktop support.
  • An upbeat customer-friendly attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions with accuracy.
